Startup intelligence and market research platform, Tracxn has raised Rs 1.92 crore as a part of its ongoing Series B funding round from its existing investors. The company has allotted 6500 Series B2 CCPS for Rs 2,955.48 per share to raise the amount.
Abhishek Goyal and Neha Singh led the round with an investment of Rs 83.61 lakh each, followed by Prashant Chandra infusing Rs 6.23 lakh. Sachin Bansal, Binny Bansal, and Nita Goyal put in Rs 4.13 lakh each, while Mukul Singh, Sahil Barua, and Deepak Singh poured in Rs 6.24 lakh collectively. (Source-MCA)
