Online focused direct to consumer brand, Bewakoof.com has secured Rs 8 crore in a bridge funding round. The Mumbai-based company allotted 501 Series A CCPS at Rs 57,582 per share to raise Rs 3 crore led by Pranak Consultants along with Prathiti Investment and Indigoedge Management.
The rest of the amount has been raised against 869 Series A1 optionally convertible debentures from Aarti Corporate Services shows regulatory filings. The eight-year-old Bewakoof is known to sell apparel and mobile phone covers. Previously, it had raked in Rs 80 crore capital in October last year. (Source-MCA)
