E-commerce enabler Shopmatic has acquired a software-as-a-service (SaaS)-based startup CombineSell for an undisclosed amount. Following the deal, Shopmatic’s merchants would be able to access numerous channels in South East Asian countries, publish listings, and answer customer queries, among others easily using CombineSell’s software.
Launched in 2017, CombineSell automates multichannel e-commerce by aggregating online marketplaces. Besides, this is the second acquisition of Shopmatic in this year. Previously, it had picked up a 50.1% stake in Octopus in March 2019. (Source)
