Furniture, electronics, and appliance-centric consumer leasing platform Rentomojo has scooped up an investment of Rs 1.16 crore from Renaud Laplanche, the co-founder and CEO of the debt refinancing company, Upgrade, Inc.
According to RoC filings with MCA, it has issued 125 Series C CCPS valuation per share of Rs 92,807.42. Earlier, Former Lending Club CEO was a part of RentoMojo’s Series B round of Rs 1.16 crore. This ongoing funding round is a part of Series C round of Rs 77 crore tranche led by Accel Partners and Chiratae Ventures. (Source)
