Audio and video-focused vernacular storytelling platform Pratilipi has bagged Rs 5.30 crore as a part of its ongoing Series C funding round from the British Virgin Islands-based SPV, QM 112 Limited. The RoC filings reflected that the company has allotted 317 Series C CCPS for Rs 169,845.87 per share to the above-mentioned investor.
The fresh capital for Pratilipi has come within one month after it secured Rs 76 crore in its Series C round led by Tencent at a valuation of Rs 716.5 crore. Entrackr had exclusively reported about the development.
