Pune based exam preparation platform Pariksha has raised around Rs 2 crore in a bridge funding round from a group of existing investors. As per the RoC filings, the company has allotted 10,981 equity shares for Rs 1810.1303 per share to 32 investors.
While Gurinder Ratra led the round by investing Rs 24.20 lakh for 1337 shares, Deepa Bhatia and Abhishek Ravi poured in Rs 10.01 lakh each in the round.Other investors include Syam, Aqueel Merchant, Khyati Jain, Mridula Jain, Rohit Anand, Ravish Agarwal, Gaurav Omhare, and others. (Source-RoC)
