Parent of Naukri.com, Info Edge has acquired Highorbit Careers that operates job portals iimjobs.com and hirist.com for Rs 80.82 crore.
Launched by Tarun Matta, the acquiree startup has built a brand in the premium jobseeker community. Both portals claim to receive over 23,000 job postings and 1.8 million job applications every month. The partnership will give an opportunity to leverage Naukri.com’s resources and expand their presence across India. (Source)
