Mobile Premier League (MPL) has made its first acquihire as it took over Pune-based end-to-end product engineering consultation platform Crevise Technologies in an undisclosed amount (mixed of cash and equity).
Following the deal, Crevise founders Mukta Apahale and Atul Aphale will lead a technical team of MPL from Pune for delivering a better gaming experience. Backed by RTP Global and BeeNext, MPL recently closed $35.5 million Series A round led by Go-Jek, Sequoia Capital and TIL. (Source)
