Honasa Consumer Limited, the parent company of Mamaearth, has appointed Yatish Bhargava as Chief Business Officer with immediate effect. The post had been vacant since February 28, following the resignation of Zairus Master, who left the Gurugram-based firm citing personal reasons.
Bhargava will also be designated as a Senior Management Personnel, the company informed in a stock exchange filing.
Bhargava brings over 17 years of experience in P&L management and leading large-scale teams across general trade, modern trade, and e-commerce. Prior to joining Honasa, he held senior leadership roles at Flipkart and Hindustan Unilever Limited.
Recently, Honasa elevated Karan Bajwa, who had been serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources, to Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), and Avinash Dhagat, formerly Senior Vice President of Supply Chain, to Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO).
The development comes soon after Mamaearth’s Q4 results, during which its revenue from operations increased by 13% year-on-year to Rs 533 crore from Rs 471 crore in Q4 FY24. The company reported a profit after tax of Rs 25 crore in Q4 FY25, compared to Rs 30 crore in Q4 FY24.
