GoKwik, an e-commerce enablement startup, has elevated Abhinav Midha to Chief Business Officer (CBO).
Earlier in July this year, GoKwik had appointed Vargab Bakshi as Chief Growth Officer to lead its global expansion, marketing, partnerships, and product-led growth initiatives.
Midha will lead business strategy, sales, and agency partnerships as the company expands its e-commerce SaaS products in India and international markets.
He joined GoKwik four years ago as VP – Sales. He built the company’s go-to-market function and scaled revenues while maintaining profitability. He helped expand GoKwik’s product reach from a checkout solution to a multi-product commerce stack for D2C brands.
Midha has nearly 20 years of experience across retail, e-commerce, and SaaS. He previously co-founded Shopholix, worked in merchandising and retail operations at Café Coffee Day, and headed partnerships at Magicpin, where he worked with large retail and F&B brands.
GoKwik operates a commerce enablement platform for D2C and e-commerce brands. Its products focus on improving conversion rates, reducing return-to-origin (RTO), customer communication, and repeat purchase growth. The company works with more than 15,000 brands including Lenskart, Neeman’s, Mamaearth, Man Matters, and others, across fashion, beauty, electronics, wellness, and lifestyle categories. GoKwik’s network includes 200 million+ shoppers.
GoKwik has raised $68 million in total to date. In June this year, the firm had raised $13 million in a growth round led by existing investor RTP Global. Back in May 2022, the startup had raised $35 million in a Series B round led by Think Investments and RTP Global.
