Unicorn Premier League returns for its Third Edition in 2025

After two successful editions, the Unicorn Premier League (UPL) is set to return for its third edition in May- June 2025, taking place in Gurugram. The event continues to offer a unique platform for India’s leading startups to showcase their competitive spirit—with a twist—on the cricket field.

This special edition of the Unicorn Premier League is set to be even more exciting, as it welcomes participation from leading soonicorns, adding a fresh competitive edge to the tournament. The tournament brings together startup founders and employees, including those from leading unicorns like Moglix, boAt, Oyo, Pine Labs, and Snapdeal, to take on the sport while leaving their business hats behind. An audience of over  5,000 from over 100 startups are expected to attend and enjoy themselves at the event. MakeMyTrip and Zerodha have been the previous winners of the UPL. 

Fans can look forward to exciting matchups, with each team featuring a diverse mix of players including women in each team. Besides the championship, there are special awards up for grabs, including Player of the Tournament, the Orange and Purple Caps for the best batter and bowler, and several other prizes.

UPL has grown into a vibrant community event, drawing attention not just for the cricketing action but also for the networking opportunities and exposure it offers to startups. With major partners like BeatXP, Bellavita, Cannarma and Medusa, the third edition promises to carry forward UPL's tradition of fun, competition, and camaraderie.
