Digital lending firm Capital Float has raised Rs 10 crore in debt capital by issuing Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs). The company has issued NCDs of Rs 1 crore each to Indra Shamdas Kalra and Sujatha Sushil Kalra with a coupon rate of 13% each and 8 NCDs to DNG Enterprises at 13.6% coupon rate.
Scouting for a larger round, Capital Float has raised over Rs 85 crore in debt in 2019. (Source-MCA)
