Mumbai-based White Owl Brewery has raised Rs 40 crore in its second funding round led by existing investor IIFL India Private Equity Fund, at a valuation of around Rs 200 crore. The company will utilize the fresh proceeds to bolster its product portfolio and expand footprint in new geographies.
Founded in 2014, White Owl handicrafts beer using the finest of natural ingredients from around the world. Till date, it claims to operate at over 2,500 restaurants, bars & retail stores across Mumbai, Pune, and Goa, among others. (Source)
