E-commerce enablement SaaS platform Unicommerce has announced the appointment of five industry leaders to its board.
Unicommerce has inducted Manoj Kohli, Ullas Kamath and Sairee Chahal as independent directors and Kunal Bahl and Rohit Bansal as non-executive directors.
The expansion of Unicommerce’s board will help to augment its leadership reach, institutionalize its governance structure and steer the company into the next phase of growth, the company said in a statement.
Recently, Unicommerce expanded its suite of SaaS solutions with the launch of UniShip, an integrated post-order journey solution with shipment tracking and smart courier partner allocation engine for D2C brands and online retailers.
Unicommerce, operating under AceVector Group which also houses Snapdeal and Stellaro Brands, registered 52.5% growth in its operating revenue to Rs 90 crore in FY23. On the lines of scale, the company’s profits also rose 8% to Rs 6.45 crore in the last fiscal year.
