Funding in Indian startups this week (14 Oct- 20 Oct)

This week 10 Indian startups received funding, of which eight received a total sum of about $35 million. Among them, USPL raised the highest investment of $13.5 million followed by myGate, which raised $8.7 million.

Meanwhile, funding for two of the total funded startups remained undisclosed.

Worxogo: SaaS-based startup that gives personalised performance inputs to employees, Worxogo has raised $2.2 million from Inventus Capital and Ideaspring Capital.

myGate: Security management solutions provider myGate has raised $8.7 million in Series A round led by existing investor Prime Venture Partners.

Hiver: SaaS-based inbox management solution provider Hiver has raised $4 million in its first round of equity financing led by Kalaari Capital and Kae Capital.

USPL: Sachin Tendulkar-backed Universal Sportsbiz (USPL), the owner of fashion brands Wrogn, Imara, and Collectabillia has raised $13.5 million in Series E round from Accel and its Growth Fund, along with NB Ventures Ltd and Alteria Capital.

TravelTriangle: Holiday travel marketplace TravelTriangle has raised $3 million in debt funding from Singapore’s Temasek Holdings-backed InnoVen Capital.

Truebil:  Mumbai-based online marketplace for pre-owned cars, Truebil has raised $2 million from its existing investors.

Virtual Metalstreet: Bengaluru-based steel marketplace Virtual Metalstreet has raised $0.7 million in an angel round.

LetsMD: Healthcare-focused fintech startup LetsMD has raised $1 million in a pre-Series A funding round from Orios Venture Partners.

Undisclosed deals this week

Agritech Startup FarmersFZ and Biotech startup Mynvax did not disclose their financial details on funding.
