AI startup Worxogo raises Rs 16.5 Cr Series A fund from Inventus and Ideaspring

SaaS-based startup that gives personalised performance inputs to employees, Worxogo has raised Rs 16.5 crore from Inventus Capital and Ideaspring Capital.

The Bengaluru-based AI startup will use its Series A round of funding to enter the US market.

Incorporated in 2014, Worxogo has also applied for a patent for its AI engine, called Mia in the US. The digital coach Mia helps align employee, tracks employees’ behaviour patterns and sends them daily “nudges” notification to improve performance.

According to the company, Worxogo’s persuasive technology and behavioural science drive higher business outcomes. Besides, it uses Machine Learning (ML) and AI algorithms to, trace historical performance data, and provide employees actionable insights on a day-to-day basis for better performance.

The startup assesses over 1 lakh behaviour instances on daily basis and sends 3 lakh nudges to employees. It further claims to boost productivity by 2X, improvement in sales by 25 percent and a reduction in cost by 12X.

Worxogo has three products Xogolign, GIM and Xogonet. Its popular applications include pipeline management application, back office productivity tools and gamified portals for cost reduction and innovation.

The company counts Titan Industries, Piramal, PwC, L&T, and others in its clientele base.

Worxogo has offices in Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai, and Singapore and draws clients from India, US, Middle East, Sri Lanka, and Singapore.
