Zo World, the parent company of Zostel, has announced a leadership change with Aviral Gupta taking over as CEO, while co-founder Dharamveer Singh Chouhan transitions to the role of Chairman. 

Aviral was the company’s first employee and has been with the organisation for over a decade.

Founded by Dharamveer Singh Chouhan, Zo World operates multiple travel-tech and lifestyle verticals including Zostel, Zo Trips, Zo Villas, Zo Houses, and Zo Digital.

Its business model integrates tech-enabled travel experiences, vacation rentals, and co-living spaces into a unified platform. The company monetizes through bookings, memberships, and community-driven services, 

The firm plans to scale across Southeast Asia and digitally onboard over 1,000 local partners.
