Yatra’s promoter sells 1.8% stake for Rs 45 Cr in bulk deal

Yatra Online Limited saw a bulk deal on the exchanges on Tuesday, where its promoter arm THCL Travel Holding Cyprus Limited cut a part of its holding in the company.

According to the bulk deal data, THCL Travel Holding Cyprus Limited sold 28.33 lakh equity shares, representing 1.80% of Yatra’s total equity, at an average price of Rs 158.05 per share. The transaction was valued at around Rs 45 crore.

Prior to the transaction, the promoter entity held 9.01 crore shares, translating to a 57.396% stake in the company. Following the sale, its shareholding has declined to 8.72 crore shares, or 55.59%.

On the financial front, Yatra’s revenue from operations increased to Rs 257 crore in Q3 FY26 from Rs 235 crore in Q3 FY25. While the company’s profit fell by 20% to Rs 8 crore in Q3 FY26 from Rs 10 crore in Q3 FY25.

At the end of today’s trading session, Yatra was trading at Rs 155.78 with a 3.76% decrease in its share price. Its total market capitalization stood at Rs 2,444 crore (approx $265 million).
