Yatra CEO Dhruv Shringi steps down; Siddhartha Gupta takes charge

Yatra Online has announced a leadership transition with co-founder Dhruv Shringi stepping down from the position of Chief Executive Officer.

In a stock exchange filing, the company said it has appointed Siddhartha Gupta as the new CEO effective November 25.

Shringi, who led Yatra since inception, will move to the role of Executive Chairman. In this position, he will work with the board and senior leadership on long-term direction, expansion plans and governance.

Gupta joins Yatra with more than 25 years of experience across enterprise technology and B2B SaaS, including roles at SAP, HP and multiple SaaS ventures. He will oversee business operations, growth initiatives and the company’s travel services portfolio.

“My focus will be on accelerating growth, enhancing our technology and service portfolio, and delivering greater value to our customers,” said Gupta.

During the past 12 months, Yatra added 148 new corporate clients with annual potential business of over Rs 700 crore, according to the company’s filing.

For the quarter ending September 2025 (Q2 FY26), Yatra reported a 48% jump in its revenue from operations to Rs 350.8 crore. Its profit for the quarter increased to Rs 14.27 crore. For H1 FY26, revenue reached Rs 560.6 crore and profit rose to about Rs 30.27 crore.
