E-commerce-focused logistics and supply chain firm XpressBees has announced the appointment of Mohit Sardana as Chief Executive Officer of B2C vertical.
In his new role, Sardana will lead the company’s entire business-to-consumer operations, focusing on building scalable delivery solutions and enhancing customer experience in a rapidly expanding e-commerce market.
Sardana brings over two decades of leadership experience in business strategy, operations, and digital transformation. Most recently, he served as COO of Zomato’s food delivery business and was part of the leadership team at Blinkit Commerce. He has also held senior roles at MakeMyTrip and Accenture, where he was instrumental in driving growth and operational excellence.
Welcoming him to the leadership team, Amitava Saha, MD & CEO of XpressBees, said Sardana’s expertise in scaling consumer businesses and leading digital-first transformation will be key to strengthening the company’s B2C operations.
Founded in 2015, XpressBees provides end-to-end logistics services spanning e-commerce, B2B, 3PL, and cross-border logistics. Backed by investors including Blackstone, TPG, and Alibaba.
In July 2023, XpressBees had acquired courier firm Trackonand named Uday R. Sharma as CBO for B2B, 3PL and cross-border.
According to startup data intelligence platform TheKredible, XpressBees has raised a total of $625 million of funding till date, having Norwest Venture Partners and Alibaba Group as its lead investors.
