Vian Systems, an AI startup, founded by former Infosys CEO, Vishal Sikka, has raised a funding of $50 million. According to the documents filed with the US securities and Exchange Commission in March, the company offered $50 million in equity for sale.
The equity offering’s quantum includes a contribution of certain intellectual property assets. Two investors have already invested in the offering. (Source)
