VerSe Innovation appoints Rohit Sandal as CHRO

VerSe Innovation, the parent company of DailyHunt and Josh, has appointed Rohit Sandal as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). 

Rohit will drive the company’s global people strategy, focusing on building future-ready talent, strengthening culture, and supporting VerSe’s international growth agenda.

Rohit Sandal brings over 20 years of HR leadership experience from Freshworks, Lenovo, and Dell, where he led large-scale people transformation initiatives. He succeeds Maya John, the outgoing Chief People Officer, who played a key role in scaling VerSe’s workforce and culture during its rapid growth phase, as well as in onboarding Rohit to ensure a smooth transition.

VerSe Innovation’s AI-first product suite including NexVerse.ai, Dailyhunt Premium, Josh Audio Calling & Stories, and VerSe Collab is driving consumer, creator, and brand engagement across India’s evolving digital ecosystem.

It powers over 350 million users through platforms like Dailyhunt and Josh, delivering personalized content in local languages using AI, ML, and deep learning technologies.
