Product administrative community startup CohortPlus has been acquihired by an edtech major upGrad. Earlier, upGrad acquired Gurugram-based Acadview Software in 2018 and acquihired Pyoopil Education Technologies in 2016.
Post this deal, upGrad will leverage over 31,000 community members present on CohortPlus platform to enhance its offerings for newbies. In 2015, CohortPlus scooped up angel investment from Manish Maheshwari, Alok Mittal, and Sujatha Kumar. (Source)
