Synthio Labs raises $5 Mn in seed round led by Elevation Capital

Synthio Labs has raised $5 million in a seed round led by Elevation Capital, with participation from 1984 Ventures, Peak XV Partners, Y Combinator, and several strategic angels. 

The proceeds will be used to expand engineering and product teams, scale enterprise deployments in the U.S. and Europe, and deepen partnerships with global life sciences companies.

Founded by Supreet Deshpande, Sahitya Sridhar, and Rajashekar Vasantha, Synthio Labs builds clinical-grade voice AI for communication between life sciences companies, clinicians, and patients.

Synthio’s AI operating system includes three products. Jarvis is a voice AI copilot for field teams. Ather is a multimodal engine that powers physician and patient engagement across channels. Simulation Studio builds digital twins of clinicians and patients for research and strategy. These tools help teams automate conversations, collect structured intelligence, and maintain consistent communication.

Early adopters include several top pharma companies and D2C healthcare brands. In one project, Synthio’s voice AI completed 5,000 calls to eczema patients in 48 hours to support onboarding, screening, and assistance.
