Stylework, a SaaS-based flex workspace aggregator, has raised Rs 30 crore (around $3.39 million) in its pre-Series B round  led by Equentis Angel Fund at a pre-money valuation of Rs 250 crore ($28.5 million).

The round also saw participation from Karekeba Ventures / Cogniphy AIF Fund, LetsVenture Fund, MoneyVyapaar, and other existing investors.

The proceeds will be used in its AI-driven SaaS marketplace, expand in domestic and international markets, and hire leadership roles across product, business, and enterprise growth. It plans to invest in predictive analytics, utilisation dashboards, and tools that help operators, channel partners, and enterprises manage workspace portfolios.

Stylework works on an aggregator model connecting enterprises with coworking and managed office operators. It provides a unified Master Service Agreement (MSA) framework that allows companies to access workspaces across India without separate vendor onboarding.

The firm claims to have maintained profitability over the past year and reports an annualised GMV of Rs 280 crore, over 70,000 seats sold, and a network covering 125 cities. It partners with more than 650 coworking and managed office operators operating over 5,000 centres.

As per market research, India’s flexible office market is estimated at $3.5 billion and is projected to cross $11 billion by FY29, driven by enterprise adoption of serviced offices and the expansion of Global Capability Centres (GCCs).
