Logistics tech startup Stackbox has raised $4 million in a fresh funding round led by Enrission India Capital.

The latest investment will help Stackbox accelerate its product innovation and expand across Southeast Asia while strengthening its footprint in India.

The Mumbai-based startup, founded by IIT alumni Sabyasachi, Shanmukha, Venktesh, and Nitin, leverages deep-tech solutions including its AI-powered Warehouse Management System and Transportation Management System to streamline operations in sectors such as FMCG, manufacturing, and e-commerce.​

Backed by a team with proven expertise in supply chain management and enterprise software, Stackbox has attracted clients among leading FMCG and manufacturing companies seeking efficiency and scalability. 

Stackbox’s founders said that the funding enables them to “build the digital backbone of tomorrow’s logistics,” supporting intelligent processes from warehouse to last-mile delivery. With increasing complexity in global logistics due to the e-commerce boom, 

According to startup data intelligence platform TheKredible, StackBox has raised over $2 million, including a $1.2 million seed round led by Ecosystem Ventures in August 2021.

For the fiscal year ended March 2024, the Bengaluru-based company posted a profit of Rs 6 crore on operating revenue of Rs 25.7 crore. Its FY25 numbers are yet to be disclosed.
