Bengaluru-based specialty chemicals startup Atomgrid has raised $7 million in a pre-Series A round through a mix of equity and debt. The equity portion of the round was led by A99, with participation from Sadev Ventures, CDM Capital, and existing investor Merak Ventures.
Alongside equity, the firm has also secured venture debt from Trifecta, SIDBI, and RevX.
Prior to this, Atomgrid had raised $1.25 million in May last year.
The proceeds will be used to expand its international presence and accelerate product development.
Founded by Siddharth Gupta and Lakshit Bansal, Atomgrid operates as a full-stack specialty chemicals platform focused on integrating the value chain through distribution, R&D, and proprietary product development.
Atomgrid currently derives over 50% of its revenue from exports and works with more than 150 active customers across 15 countries.
Over the last 18 months, the startup has completed two funding rounds and is targeting nearly threefold revenue growth in FY26 compared to FY25.
Atomgrid competes with 3one4 Capital-backd Scimplifi and Nexus-backed Covvalent.
