Peppermint Robotics has raised Rs 34 crore (~$4 million) in its Series A funding round from JDSS, Enrsion INDIA CAPITAL, IAN, Vinners, and other angel investors.

Peppermint recently entered the US market in 2024. The funding brings its total raised capital to Rs 49 crore (~$5.6 million). The company also plans to release a restroom cleaning robot in 2025–2026.

The proceeds will be used to expand into the EU, Japan, and Asia-Pacific regions by 2026. The capital will also support updates to its technology, strengthen product offerings, and scale infrastructure to meet growing demand.

Founded in 2019 by Runal Dahiwade, Peppermint operates in six countries. Its solutions aim to address labor shortages and improve operations using robots powered by Peppermint OS and a custom electronics framework called "Skateboard."

The company builds autonomous cleaning and material-handling robots for commercial and industrial use.

The Pune-based firm reported an annual recurring revenue (ARR) of Rs 18 crore (~$2.2 million) and has over 180 active enterprise users across sectors like manufacturing, healthcare, and commercial real estate.
