Gurugram-based human resource solutions and tech firm PeopleStrong has acquired a software-as-a-service startup Qilo for an undisclosed amount. Following the deal, Qilo’s team of 20 employees will be joining PeopleStrong.
Besides, PeopleStrong is looking to help its clients simplify and measure strategy execution to business outcomes across all levels through this acquisition. For the unaware, Qilo is an agile work management platform which helps the companies to achieve faster results on revenue and growth plans. (Source)
