Nazara Technologies' subsidiary, Datawrkz, has acquired a 100% stake in Space & Time, a UK-based growth marketing agency, for approximately Rs 52.3 crore ($6.2 million) in a combination of cash and stock. 

This acquisition aligns with Datawrkz’s strategy to expand its presence across Europe and North America, strengthening its position in the global digital advertising market.

The acquisition brings together Space & Time’s expertise in growth marketing, media, and technology with Datawrkz’s capabilities in programmatic advertising technology. This synergy aims to provide advanced digital advertising solutions, with a particular focus on enhancing reach and impact in the European and UK markets. 

Additionally, the acquisition allows Space & Time to leverage Datawrkz’s technology to create more efficient campaigns, unlocking new growth opportunities across Europe and North America.

Datawrkz, founded in 2013 by Senthil Govindan, is dedicated to driving user and revenue growth through optimized digital advertising and operates out of offices in the US, India, and Singapore. 

Founded in 2000, Space & Time has an established client base across various sectors and offers growth-driven media and technology services, along with flexible client engagement models. This acquisition marks a significant step for Datawrkz and Nazara Technologies in expanding their global digital advertising footprint.
