Natasha Malpani, former partner at Kae Capital, has launched Boundless Ventures, a Rs 200 crore early-stage fund focused on backing AI-native startups from India.

The fund will invest at the pre-seed and seed stages, targeting companies building across consumer AI applications, infrastructure, agent tooling, vertical use cases such as healthcare and logistics, and Make-in-India AI hardware.

The fund has been raised from Malpani’s personal network of friends and family and has already made six investments.

“Founders who can marry technical depth with cultural fluency will be the ones who set the terms of the next wave. Boundless exists to back those founders before the world catches on. I built Boundless as the fund I needed as a founder: sharp, fast, and rooted in trust,” said Natasha Malpani.

Its portfolio includes healthcare startup SuperHealth, robotics firm Armatrix, spacetech venture Piersight, quick fashion delivery startup Knot, and two stealth companies working in AI infrastructure and consumer AI.

Boundless Ventures will provide more than just capital by supporting founders with storytelling, market access, and network building. Malpani, who left Kae Capital earlier this year, has also founded Boundless Media and scaled Dice Media in the past, bringing operational and creative expertise to her new fund.
