Sharon Pais, chief business officer (CBO) at fashion e-commerce platform Myntra, has moved to the role of business unit head for Flipkart Fashion.

The Economic Times was the first to report this development.

Pais will replace Kunal Gupta, who is now heading Minutes, Walmart-backed Flipkart’s quick commerce arm, following Kabeer Biswas’s exit.

Before joining Myntra as CBO in 2021, Pais spent nearly eight years at Flipkart in various roles. She started in January 2014 as sales and revenue lead for books and later took up category marketing for books, general merchandise, and home.

Pais joined Myntra in October 2021 while leading Flipkart’s loyalty and travel division. The development comes amid several internal movements within both Flipkart and Myntra.

Myntra, the Flipkart-owned fashion e-commerce platform, crossed the Rs 6,000 crore revenue mark in FY25. Controlled spending and sustained growth across revenue streams helped Myntra boost its profit nearly 18X to Rs 548.3 crore in FY25, compared to Rs 31 crore in FY24, marking a sharp turnaround from a loss of Rs 782 crore in FY23.
