Fintech platform MobiKwik has announced key leadership promotions to strengthen its core operations. Saurabh Dwivedi has been promoted to chief technology officer (CTO), while Dhruv Wadhera has been elevated to Senior Vice President (SVP), Offline Payments.
Dwivedi joined MobiKwik in August 2023 as SVP of Engineering for the Payments division. In his new role, he will lead engineering across Payments, Financial Services, Core Platform, and Infrastructure & InfoSec. He brings over two decades of experience, including a long tenure at MakeMyTrip. MobiKwik has tasked him with advancing AI-driven initiatives such as AI-assisted product development, efficient collections, and improved customer experience.
Wadhera, who has led the offline payments vertical since June 2023, will now scale up MobiKwik’s merchant-focused offerings across Bharat. He previously held senior leadership roles at Zomato, including VP and Sales Director.

MobiKwik currently serves over 176 million users and 4.6 million merchants across India.
MobiKwik reported flat revenue of Rs 268 crore in Q4 FY25, compared to the same quarter last year. However, for the full fiscal year, its revenue rose 33.9% to Rs 1,192 crore in FY25. On the bottom line, the company posted a loss of Rs 56 crore in Q4 FY25.
