Bengaluru-based aerospace deep-tech startup Misochain Technologies has raised Rs 18 crore in a seed funding round led by Capital-A.

The company will use the proceeds to set up a manufacturing facility, accelerate certification programmes, and scale engineering, testing, and MRO capabilities for UAV makers and global aerospace customers.

Founded in 2019 by Rama Kandula and Murali Krishnan, Misochain develops indigenous, flight-critical aircraft components for defence and global aviation platforms—segments where India continues to rely heavily on imports. Its product portfolio includes air data probes, actuators, vibration isolation systems, and solenoid valves used in aircraft flight management and control systems.

Misochain operates a capital-efficient manufacturing model, outsourcing precision machining while retaining design, assembly, testing, certification, and IP in-house. It has also developed proprietary probe-heating technologies for extreme flight environments.

The startup is part of MaXcel, a hardware and industrial technology accelerator run by Capital-A and SanchiConnect.
