Former Karnataka IT Minister and Congress lawmaker Priyank Kharge has joined a new startup’Propel’ as an adviser. The newly launched fund is aiming to support startups with a funding of up to Rs 2 crore and focus on tech businesses including security, semiconductors and embedded devices.
Additionally, Kharge’s past experience in shaping the business environment in Karnataka and, in understanding the needs of the startup world will help in adding value to the Propel initiative. (Source)
