Cross-border supply chain enablement company Hexalog has raised $4 million in a seed funding round led by ENRISSION INDIA CAPITAL along with participation from Mount Judi Ventures, Action Tesa Family Office, Rohan Bajaj's Syndicate, Nandan Growth Fund and other angel investors like Saurabh Deep Singla, Sumit Jalan, Amit Tyagi & Nitin Sethi.
The fresh funds will be deployed towards strengthening its technology capabilities, with a focus on building a scalable, reliable, and data-driven orchestration layer for cross-border logistics, Hexalog said in a press release.
Co-founded in February 2024 by Dibyanshu Tripathi, Utkarsh Tripathi, Vineet Malik and Shobhit Singh, Hexalog is an AI-led 4PL full stack orchestrator company specializing in end-to-end cross-border trade solutions. The startup’s AI-driven orchestration layer turns cross-border logistics from a fragmented, reactive process into a predictable, coordinated execution workflow.
According to the Gurugram-based startup, it orchestrates the entire cross-border logistics lifecycle from order confirmation and documentation readiness to customs clearance, line haul, and final delivery ensuring continuity across every step. The company leverages artificial intelligence across the end-to-end logistics lifecycle to improve visibility, coordination, and execution for supply chain participants operating across borders.
Hexalog focuses on digitising and orchestrating the end-to-end cross-border supply chain. By combining technology, data intelligence, and deep domain expertise, the company delivers integrated, transparent, and reliable logistics solutions for global trade.
Hexalog plans to accelerate its go-to-market efforts across key international trade corridors, particularly the Middle East and Southeast Asia. The expansion is aimed at addressing the growing demand for predictable and transparent logistics solutions in global trade.
It competes with the other notable players in this space such as Flexport, e2open, and others. The company has operations across over 80 countries and covers more than 29,000 Indian pincodes.
