GaragePlug acquires review management platform Freshreview

Automotive service platform GaragePlug has acquired review management platform Freshreview for an undisclosed amount. 

With this acquisition, Freshreview easily integrates into GaragePlug’s connected operations platform, streamlining auto service operations, marketing, and reputation management. 

GaragePlug empowers enterprise service networks with its connected operations platform and enhances efficiency, transparency, and scalability for service centers through its AI-centric approach.

Freshreview helps automotive brands convert online reviews into strategic growth levers. 

Freshreview’s entire team will join GaragePlug’s engineering and product divisions, ensuring a smooth transition for clients. Auto service centers will gain a fully integrated platform that unites operations, marketing, and advanced reputation management, enhancing customer satisfaction and revenue.
