Enterprise AI platform Loop AI has raised $14 million in a Series A funding round led by Nyca Partners. The round also saw participation from Gokul Rajaram, Base10, Afore Capital, Converge, Alumni Ventures, Data Tech Fund, John Pepper, 9Yards Capital and Operators Studio.

As part of the round, Osama Bedier, a former Google and GoDaddy executive, will join Loop AI’s board.

The proceeds will be used to expand Loop AI’s product suite and grow its teams across New York, San Francisco, Tampa and Bengaluru. The firm plans to invest further in AI-driven workflows to help restaurant operators manage delivery profitably without impacting in-store margins.

Founded in 2022, Loop AI builds an enterprise AI platform focused on restaurant and retail back-office operations. Its software helps brands manage delivery-led workflows, finance, operations and marketing using AI-driven automation.

The platform is designed to help restaurants improve margins while scaling delivery and takeout, which has become one of the fastest-growing channels for the industry.

The firm claims that it now works with more than 300 brands and supports thousands of restaurant locations across the US. Since 2024, Loop AI has grown sixfold, driven by higher adoption among mid-sized and large restaurant chains.

Loop AI counts restaurant brands such as Lazy Dog and Starbird among its customers, using its platform to improve delivery performance and operational efficiency.
