Ecommerce-tech startup Graas AI has raised $9 million in a funding round led by venture capital fund Tin Men Capital along with participation from other investors such as Incred Wealth, Orzon, Integra Partners and Yuj Ventures.

The proceeds will be used to expand Agent Foundry, its platform for building autonomous agents, Graas said in a press release.

Co-founded in 2022 by Prem Bhatia and Ashwin Puri, Singapore-based Graas AI offers agents such as "Chattr", a customer support tool powered by natural language processing, and "Extract", a solution for data engineers to deliver cleaned data directly into databases or Google Sheets. The platform’s multi-agent framework enables autonomous performance analysis and decision-making for both direct-to-consumer (D2C) and marketplace brands.

According to Graas AI, the agents are designed to solve operational challenges such as customer acquisition costs, pricing, margin management, and inventory optimization for commerce brands in India and Southeast Asia.

“Commerce doesn't need another AI copilot or prettier dashboard. It needs agents that actually 'run' the play. We've spent two years building the data backbone, and now with Agent Foundry, we're helping brands act on it,” said Prem Bhatia, CEO & co-founder of Graas AI.

Graas AI states that  it supports over 2,000 brands, has processed more than $1 billion in gross merchandise value (GMV), and operates across seven countries in the region.
