Fintech infrastructure startup Zynk has raised $5 million in a seed funding round led by Hivemind Capital, with participation from Alliance DAO, Coinbase Ventures, Transpose Platform VC, Polymorphic Capital, Tykhe Ventures, and Contribution Capital.
Founded by former executives from Amazon Pay, Morgan Stanley, and Harvard, Zynk is building a real-time cross-border payment infrastructure that eliminates the need for pre-funded liquidity. The platform enables instant settlements across corridors including USD, EUR, AED, INR, MXN, and PHP, serving remittance providers, payment processors, and B2B payment platforms.
The Hyderabad-based startup plans to use the fresh capital to expand its corridor coverage, strengthen compliance systems, and build global payment partnerships.
Since its quiet launch in April 2025, Zynk claims to have recorded 70% month-on-month growth, highlighting strong demand for its liquidity-free settlement rails.
“We’re building the financial pipes that make global payments instant,” said Prashanth Swaminathan, co-founder and CEO of Zynk. “Access to just-in-time liquidity has become a moat in cross-border payments — and we’re breaking that moat.”
The startup’s tech embeds liquidity within its network, allowing partners to enter new markets quickly and operate without local licenses or idle funds.
