Enterprise software startup CoreOps.AI has raised $3.5 million in a pre-Series A round led by Siana Capital Management, with participation from Kettlebrough, Aroa Venture Partners, and a set of individual investors.

Founded in 2024 by Rajesh Janey, Ankur Sharma, Rajnish Gupta, and Rajiv Srivastava, CoreOps.AI builds an AI-driven platform that helps large organisations modernise legacy systems, consolidate data, and automate operations.

The firm says its platform supports more than 20 enterprise use cases across manufacturing, financial services, retail, and healthcare.

The proceeds will be used to expand engineering capacity, accelerate product development, and scale deployments for enterprise customers.

CoreOps.AI positions its offering as a platform-first alternative to traditional consulting-led digital transformation. Instead of long project cycles, the company enables automation-driven upgrades and data integration aimed at reducing operational bottlenecks.
