Cookware brand Ember has secured $3.2 million in seed funding from HNIs, family offices, and existing investors, with notable participation from Yogabar co-founder Suhasini Sampath and Apurva Salarpuria.
The proceeds will be used to scale R&D, strengthen proprietary cookware technology, expand manufacturing, and deepen market presence.
Chef and entrepreneur Saransh Goila has joined Ember as an investor and partner. Known for his brand Goila Butter Chicken and appearances on MasterChef Australia, Saransh will lead Ember’s first-of-its-kind Innovation Lab, which will focus on developing solutions tailored to the unique challenges of Indian kitchens.
Founded in 2024 by Siddharth Gadodia and Himanshi Tandon, Ember sells premium clean cookware built with its proprietary Arcilla ceramic coating and Thermoclad technology, engineered for the rigours of Indian cooking.
Designed in California in collaboration with product design firm Box Clever and manufactured in Italy, Ember’s cookware blends global quality standards with durability for Indian homes.
The brand is on track to achieve Rs 30 crore ARR within 12 months of launch. Ember competes with global brands like GreenPan and Tefal and Indian players such as Meyer, Bergner, and Stahl.
