Pre-seed venture fund All In Capital has launched its second VC fund with a target corpus of Rs 200 crore. The fund also includes a greenshoe option of another Rs 100 crore, bringing its total capacity to INR 300 crore.
For Fund II, the firm has already marked the first close at INR 85 crore, securing investments from prominent family offices across India and overseas. All In Capital supports India’s technology founders—leading their pre-seed rounds and staying deeply engaged throughout their growth journey.
Backed by a network of tech founders, All In Capital offers strategic advice, hiring support, and access to an investor network for follow-on rounds. The firm’s first fund deployed $11 million, backing 51 startups, with nearly half securing follow-on rounds.
With Fund II, All In Capital plans to invest in 50 more companies over the next three years, writing first cheques of up to Rs 5 crore while also deploying follow-on investments in select winners.
With its second fund, All In Capital will continue its sector-agnostic strategy; however, it will have a special focus on consumer tech, deeptech, fintech, and consumer brands. The firm has already made a few investments from Fund II, including Taakat, MedMitra, Spill Games, Krrvy, and Mixar.
According to the Bengaluru-based VC firm, it also fosters a Founder Community that enables peer learning and problem-solving. Additionally, its Exclusive Deal Book offers cost-saving benefits, including software credits (AWS, GCP, Notion) and access to specialized service providers such as fractional CFOs and recruitment agencies. Through ‘All Stars,’ it aims to ensure that founders receive the right guidance, resources, and opportunities at every stage of their journey.
Co-founded by Kushal Bhagia and Aditya Singh, All In Capital is a pre-seed fund backing ambitious technology founders with first cheques of up to $500K. It is sector-agnostic and deeply founder-focused. With over 150 investments across its founders’ careers, the firm has been the first backer of companies like Giva, Seekho, NewMe, MasterChow, Wint Wealth, and PierSight Space.
