Uniqus Consultech, a global consulting firm, has raised $20 million in its Series C round led by Nexus Venture Partners with participation from Sorin Investments.

Uniqus Consultech, a global consulting firm, has raised $20 million in its Series C round led by Nexus Venture Partners with participation from Sorin Investments. Both VCs are existing investors in the company. 

The proceeds will be used to accelerate growth, expand service offerings, and increase the company’s geographical presence.

Founded in 2022 by former KPMG and EY leaders Jamil Khatri and Sandip Khetan, Uniqus provides consulting services in accounting, reporting, finance operations, ESG, and technology. 

Uniqus has developed several proprietary platforms, including UniQuest for GenAI-powered search and analysis, Risk UniVerse for financial controls and compliance, Reporting UniVerse for data management, and ESG UniVerse for environmental and governance reporting. The company also partners with firms like Cranium AI to support AI risk management.

The company had previously raised $12.5 million in Series A and $10 million in Series B round. It currently operates across 11 cities in India, the US, and the Middle East, serving over 250 clients with a workforce of more than 550 professionals.

Uniqus is targeting $100 million in revenue by 2026, up from its estimated current revenue of $86.6 million. In India, the company reported Rs 17 crore ($2.5 million) in revenue with Rs 35 lakh profit in FY24. Its FY25 number has yet to come.

Its competitors include big firms such as Accenture, PwC, Infosys, and Deloitte.
