Rusk Media, a Gen-Z/A-first digital entertainment company, has raised Rs 103 crore ($12 million) in its Series B funding round led by IvyCap Ventures with participation from LC Nueva, InfoEdge Ventures, Woori Venture Partners, and the company’s promoters and family. 

Entrackr had exclusively reported the Series B  round in March this year. 

The company has raised around $21.5 million to date including its $9.5 million Series A  led by DAOL Investment and Audacity Ventures.

The proceeds will be used to support Rusk Media’s expansion into the US, Europe, and EMEA markets and develop new entertainment IPs for global audiences.

Rusk Media produces and distributes content across social media and OTT platforms, including web series, unscripted formats, micro-dramas, and live events. Its proprietary tech and AI-enabled workflows support production, distribution, and audience engagement. 

The company claims to have released over 50 seasons across 20 titles and owns most of its IPs. Notable shows include Battleground, Playground S4, Engaged, The Society, School Friends, and Roomies. Its platforms include Rumble (B2B) and Alright App (B2C), generating close to 1 billion monthly views across social media and OTT channels.

Rusk Media continues to maintain full-stack capabilities from content ideation and production to distribution and monetization, with a mobile-first approach targeting young audiences globally.

Rusk Media has recorded a 40.6% yearly growth in its revenue to Rs 56.8 crore in the previous fiscal year (FY24). At the same time, the firm’s losses were reduced by 56% to Rs 28.7 crore. In FY25, its revenue grew to Rs 100 crore.
