Sports streaming platform FanCode, which is owned by Dream11 parent Dream Sports, has secured exclusive media rights to broadcast men’s tennis across the Indian subcontinent. The multi-year partnership with ATP Media will allow FanCode to stream ATP Tour matches across India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan and the Maldives.
Under the agreement, FanCode will broadcast more than 50 ATP tournaments annually, including marquee events such as ATP Masters 1000, ATP 500 and ATP 250 tournaments, along with the season-ending Nitto ATP Finals.
FanCode is also expected to roll out India-focused shows and regional storytelling formats to broaden the sport’s appeal.
The deal further expands FanCode’s growing sports rights portfolio, which already includes Formula 1, LaLiga football, MotoGP, PGA Tour golf and several domestic cricket properties.
The development comes at a time when parent company Dream Sports is undergoing a strategic reset. Earlier this year, Dream11’s operations were impacted following the implementation of India’s real-money gaming (RMG) ban, which forced several gaming platforms to wind down paid contest formats. The regulatory shift has significantly affected Dream Sports’ core revenue engine, prompting the group to reassess its long-term business model. The firm has already begun its transition from fantasy gaming to a global sports entertainment platform.
In parallel, Dream Sports has been trimming non-core verticals. Recently, FanCode decided to shut down its sports merchandise business, FanCode Shop, citing limited scale and profitability challenges.
