Navigating college admissions in India remains a challenge for students, with scattered information, limited personalization, and lack of reliable guidance often leaving them confused. KollegeApply, launched in 2025, is looking to address this gap with an AI-driven platform that promises smarter discovery, personalized recommendations, verified data, and scholarship predictions.
Founded by Sanjay Meena, who previously built education-focused platforms such as AglaSem, Collegedunia, and Zollege, KollegeApply positions itself as a full-stack admissions assistant. The platform guides students through the entire journey from discovering colleges and courses to completing applications.
“At a time when students are overwhelmed with choices, our focus is to simplify decisions with data-driven and timely guidance,” Meena told Entrackr.
KollegeApply uses AI tools such as predictive analytics, natural language processing, and machine learning. This enables personalized college matches, course recommendations, scholarship predictions, and multilingual support in Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, and Bengali. The platform also provides transparent college profiles with details on fees, placements, and reviews, aiming to bring more reliability to the admissions process.
Backed by Meena’s experience in scaling large education discovery platforms, KollegeApply is betting on AI and transparency to redefine how students and universities connect. As India’s higher education ecosystem expands, the company is eyeing a bigger role in bridging the gap between demand for quality guidance and reliable information.
