Yatra posts Rs 257 Cr revenue and Rs 8 Cr profit in Q3 FY26

Online travel aggregator Yatra has continued its growth in scale during the third quarter of FY26. However, the company’s profit was reduced to single digit in the same period.

Online travel aggregator Yatra has continued its growth in scale during the third quarter of FY26. However, the company’s profit was reduced to single digit in the same period. 

Yatra’s revenue from operations increased to Rs 257 crore in Q3 FY26 from Rs 235 crore in Q3 FY25, according to its consolidated unaudited financials sourced from the National StockExchange (NSE).

The company made Rs 4.5 crore from financial sources tallying the firm’s overall income to Rs 261.5 crore in Q3 FY26 from Rs 241 crore in Q3 FY25. For the nine-month period, Yatra’s operating revenue increased  43% to Rs 817 crore as compared to Rs 572 crore, a year earlier.

The travel aggregator firm spent 52% of the overall expenditure on Service costs which stood at Rs 129 crore, followed by employee benefits which were recorded at Rs 43 crore. Its spending on marketing, legal, information technology, and other costs pushed its overall expense to Rs 249 crore in Q3 FY26.

Yatra’s profit fell by 20% to Rs 8 crore in Q3 FY26 from Rs 10 crore in Q3 FY25. On a sequential basis, the company’s profit decreased 43% from Rs 14 crore in Q2 FY26.

At the end of today’s trading session, Yatra was trading at Rs 153 with a 4.66% increase in its share price. Its total market capitalization stood at Rs 2,399 crore (approx $264 million).
