Delhivery posts Rs 2,294 Cr revenue in Q1 FY26; net profit jumps 67% YoY

Logistics company Delhivery announced its Q1 FY26 results on Friday, posting a marginal 5.6% year-on-year increase in revenue. The Gurugram-based firm also reported a profit of Rs 91 crore for the quarter.

According to its financial statements filed with the National Stock Exchange (NSE), Delhivery’s revenue from operations rose to Rs 2,294 crore in Q1 FY26 as compared to Rs 2,172,3 crore in Q1 FY25.

Delhivery's primary revenue came from its logistics services, including warehousing, last-mile delivery, and logistics management system deployment. It also earned Rs 129.8 crore from non-operating activities, taking its total revenue to Rs 2,423.8 crore in Q1 FY26.

On the expense side, freight handling and servicing costs accounted for 70.4% of Delhivery’s total expenditure at Rs 1,566 crore in Q1 FY26. Employee benefit expenses rose 6% to Rs 352.65 crore. Legal, depreciation, and other operational costs contributed to a marginal 4.7% year-on-year increase in overall expenditure, which reached Rs 2,326.6 crore in the quarter.

Delhivery’s continued growth and disciplined spending led to a profit of Rs 91 crore in Q1 FY26, a 67% surge compared to Rs 54 crore in the same quarter of FY25.

At the close of today’s trading session, Delhivery’s share price stood at Rs 429.05 per share, giving the company a market capitalization of Rs 32,032.5 crore ($3.76 billion).
