FASTags, a reloaded tag which enables automatic deduction of charges at toll plazas, is now available for purchase on Amazon, said the Ministry of Road Transport. FASTags were launched by the Indian Highways Management Company Limited (IHMCL) in January 2019. These tags are accepted across India since 2017.
The e-FASTags will be available for cars, jeeps, and vans for now. It is part of the Govt digital drive to enhance transparency and promote cashless transactions. (Source)
